<h2>A Democratic Party that stands for peace.</h2>Our country has been here before -- in Iraq, in Afghanistan -- spending trillions, costing hundreds of thousands of lives, and making the world less safe. We should have learned the lesson then. When we fund wars of occupation, we become complicit. Too many Democratic leaders have turned their backs on the values our party once championed -- opposing war, defending human rights, and putting diplomacy first. Instead, they’ve signed off on billions in weapons and aid for Netanyahu’s campaign of ethnic cleansing in Gaza.We refuse to let that be our legacy.Peace Democrats is a grassroots movement demanding that our tax dollars stop funding atrocities, that our party reclaim its pro-peace roots, and that we elect leaders who will fight for diplomacy, justice, and human rights over militarism.We are Democrats.
